Creating Dealer Accounts

To create individual learner accounts on U-Haul U for dealer employees, each dealer employee must have their own subaccount on uhauldealer.com. These subaccounts can only be set up by the main dealer account holder (i.e., the dealer/owner). Here’s how:

1. Sign in as the master account for uhauldealer.com
2. On the main page of uhauldealer.com, click on the USERS icon, located in the middle of the page.
3. Then, proceed to enter "User information"
   • No more than 10 characters for user name, include at least one Capitol letter
   • The email address has to be unique to the user as they will log into their email and set up their own password.
   • Passwords must be at least 8 characters and consist of at least 1 capitol letter and 1 number.
4. Select “Uhauldealer access” permissions that are relative to the user's position.
5. Then click on “Add User.” An email will be sent to the new user to set up their password

Once a dealer employee has their uhauldealer.com subaccount, they can use that username and password to log on to uhaulu.edu.
